HOMWELL MOULD (HK) CO. LIMITED is founded in 1998. It has become a professional plastic injection and molding enterprise with large scale after continuously growing with strong capability.There are 330 employees. Our company business field covers plastic product and parts R & D, manufacturing, assembly, and comprehensive processing services, our products and manufacturing and processing capability have very strong competitive on the domestic and international market.
Our factory is modern and standard with 8000 square meters, equipped with many sophisticated machines and kits. The list is 6 units of imported PC milling machines, 18 units of PC sparkle machines, 20 units of different types of multi-use milling machines, 10 units of linear cutting machines, 1unit of 1.6m clamping mould machine and other many equipments related with processing cester, 1 unit two dimentions and 1 unit three dimentions precision testing equipment, 33 units of injection and molding machines with 80-800T. We can accept various development, maintenance and plastic parts processing for different kinds of plastic molds.
There are more than 80 professional technicians with middle and high level certification, management team with rich experience and technical workers with certified skills. We can develop and manufacture varied plastic molds according to customer’s drawing and requirement for auto parts plastic shell mould,electronic components plastic shell mould, light and decoration plastic shell mould, household appliance plastic shell mould, e.g. household appliance plastic housing, various plastic lights, switch plastic housing, telephone plastic housing, game kit plastic housing and other electronic consumption commodities plastic housing mould.
The various plastic parts are assembled by our clients and sold to all over the world, our present main market target is higher developed countries, e.g. Japan, U.S.A and middle and northern European countries. Our products is with high-quality level and novelty, popular among overseas clients. Over 80% molds are exported to Japan and European at present.
